Return or Refund Policy

Return Policy After-Sales & Returns:
For orders on our official Foucome website, please contact Foucome.shop@outlook.com for returns or refunds.
For orders on Amazon, please contact service.foucome@outlook for returns or refunds. Foucme will gladly accept merchandise for exchange, store credit, or refund, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. All merchandise returned must have original tags attached, be unused in sellable condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.  

Cancellation
We can only accept an order cancellation before the product is shipped. If you need to cancel an order, please Click here or via Foucome.shop@outlook.com to submit your request.

Returns
We're bummed if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns for refund within 30 days of receipt for most items in new condition and with the tags on. Please note that exchange is not currently accepted.

1. Please click here to submit a return request, indicate the item(s) you would like to return, and choose the correct reason.
2. We will review your return request within 1-3 business days.
3. Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. The refund will be processed and credited automatically to your original method of payment.

*If the return is due to the consumer, for instance, Customer Changes Their Mind (e.g., Unwanted Item, Wrong Size Ordered), you are responsible for the return shipping fee. You can use your own shipping method at your own cost.
